URBANTOKRI™ is trading name and operates as Sole Trader with License in the UK. Your invoice will be from URBANTOKRI.COM.

Where we Ship:

We currently fulfil orders from our operation centre in India for International delivery outside of India. If you require local orders, please write to us at support@urbantokri.com

Dates and Timings of Shipping:

We are happy to fulfil all your orders received before 5 pm from Monday to Friday on the same day.  For orders received post 5 pm on any day between Monday to Friday, we will kick start processing of the order on the next working day.

Shipping Duration:

All products are shipped from our office or warehouse in Chennai, India by reputable courier. Please allow 5-7 days from receipt of your order for confirmation on shipment of the order.

NOTE: All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to SUPPORT@URBANTOKRI.COM on the day of delivery and will be addressed in relation to our returns policy.

Shipping Instructions

Special delivery instructions will be conveyed to the courier companies. However, as UrbanTokri uses 3rd party couriers, we may not have full control over the service level of the courier company. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. in the Shipping Instructions. UrbanTokri takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. UrbanTokri is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Shipping Rates and Charges

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Free Shipping is offered for orders in excess of a nominated amount which will be conveyed at the checkout. However, UrbanTokri reserves the right to change this nominated limit without advance notice.

URBANTOKRI.COM Express / Free Shipping - Eligible Products (Beauty, Food, Lifestyle Products).

We usually ship within 24hours to 4days depending upon the product availability. Because we do not stock or sell these items, we procure it specially for you directly from the company or their authorized distributor upon order confirmation. 

Mode of transport:

Locally, we take maximum safeguarding steps in order to purchase and carefully wrap this to our international shipping standards. We use only reputed and international delivery firms FedEx, DHL or UBX Courier. A signature is usually required at delivery of the consignment. If there is no one available to take delivery, the courier company will leave a notice for re-delivery or for the item to be picked up from your nearest depot. In the event that the item is not claimed within a certain number of days, the item will be returned to us in its original packaging. You also confirm that the address provided for delivery purposes is correct and we take no responsibility for incorrect address, which if found, will also trigger a return back to our fulfilment centre. In this case, we can re-ship the package back to you but will have to charge additional shipping/handling fees.

Customs/ Duty:

In the unfortunate event that the order is stopped by Cross Border Customs for any reasons, this is something outside the control of Urbantokri.com and we will not be held responsible for the delay. It may then take longer than the committed duration for delivery. In rare cases, it may even take up to a month depending on their workload. In such instances, we request that you please let us know and the order will be expedited from our side and an amicable alternate solution proposed. Please note that the Customs Duty / any other charges may be applicable In rare situations for your shipment in your destination country and these charges will have to be paid by the consignee only. The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value do not include these charges. If the consignee refuses to pay the liable shipment custom charges upon its arrival in the destination country, Urbantokri.com reserves the right to deduct the complete shipping and return duty charges from the consignee's order value while processing the refund.
